Private database will be created for every subscribing organization to contain its data, and in order to insure the security, even SUSCloud team has no right to access these databases.

General Ledger "GL"
Flexible setup options for account length, levels and other controlling parameters.
Uses multi business units, journal types, multi currencies, analysis codes, recurring and auto-reverse journal entries, currency re-evaluation and expense re-allocation functionalities.
Provides several reporting options including navigation in opened/closed financial periods from one data level to another, in addition to standard journal, trial balance and closing accounts for one or several business units.
Stock Suit
Covers stock control, purchase, sales and adjustments functionalities.
Integrated with other systems in SUSCloud ERP; general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, point of sale, fixed assets, Egypt E-invoice and Saudi ZATCA.

Point of Sale
Works over Stock Suit providing standard POS functionalities.

Accounts Receivables "AR" and Payables "AP"
Provides standard AR and AP features.
Integrated with all other related systems; sales history, installments, collection, aging report and automatic allocation of sales and payment transactions.
Fixed Assets "FA"
Provides standard FA features with integration facility with general ledger, stock suit and human resources systems.
Enables common depreciation methods and allows all transaction types.
Generates several level of reports including bar and QR codes for each asset.
Human Resources and Payroll "HR"
Flexible setup options to configure how the system will behave through a wide range of parameters; time attendance, vacation, tax, social insurance … etc.
Facility to simulate/real close of normal/special payroll periods with optional facility to include calculate the attendance, then user can navigate into all outcome levels of the simulated/closed periods.
Calculates the income taxes according to the tax low of the user's country and generate tax re-conciliation for all or individual employees.
Enables the employees to register her/his vacation requests and managers to approve/reject them within a complete vacation process.
Generates standard reports and allows the user "through SUSCloud Reporting" to design her/his own reports.
Egypt E-Invoice
Integrated with Stock suit and POS, and can operate separately by uploading the transactions to the system.
Generates the tax data, communicates the TA portal and gets and stores responses for each transaction.
Saudi ZATCA
Integrated with Stock suit and POS, and can operate separately by uploading the transactions to the system.

Reporting
Contains standard reports for each system in SUSCloud ERP.
Allows the user to define selection criteria and store as report it to execute them later or as a data source to include them in a designed report/sale slip/pay slip… etc.
Allows the user to design report layout including barcode or QR code (for POS and FA systems) and link it to stored data source.
